SLOVENIAN RECIPE:

Vegan chilli with soybean pieces is a vegan version of “chilli con carne”. The recipe is gluten free. The amount is enough for two lunches or three lunches – it can also be for dinner.

OTHER VEGAN RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:
– 130 g onions.
– 4 cloves garlic.
– 400 g tomato pieces (1 can).
– 5 g ground chilli.
– 285 g corn (1 can).
– 100 g soy flakes/pieces.
– 40 g pumpkin seeds.
– 10 g cocoa powder.

PROCEDURE:
1. Chop the onion and garlic and cut the peppers into strips.
2. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the tomato pieces and the spices.
3. Wash the corn and add to the dish.
4. Stir and cook covered for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, soak the soy flakes/pieces in water for 3 minutes and drain.
6. Add the soy flakes/pieces to the bowl with the vegetables and mix.
7. Add pumpkin seeds and cocoa and cook for another 5 minutes.
